The Aymara Italia S.r.l. newsletter, managed by our in-house team, is an excellent tool to keep you constantly informed about all the services we offer.

To access this free and automatic email service, we use the so-called Single Opt-in procedure.

This means that you will receive the newsletter exclusively if you choose to activate the service by ticking the appropriate checkbox.

If at any time you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or other promotional or informational communications, you have the right to revoke your consent at any moment.

Each email includes an unsubscribe link.


Privacy Notice – Personal Data Processing

This privacy notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679,
the "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR) of the European Parliament and Council dated April 27, 2016. This Regulation ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out in respect of fundamental rights and freedoms, with particular regard to privacy and personal identity.

Your personal data will be processed, within the limits permitted or required by law, using electronic or automated systems, in order to fulfill your specific request.

The lawfulness of this processing, which is necessary and essential for fulfilling your request, is based on Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679.

The newsletter is sent by email to those who explicitly request it by filling out the form on the website and authorizing Aymara Italia S.r.l. to process their personal data.

Providing your data is optional.

Refusal to provide your data will make it impossible to receive the newsletter service.


Purpose of Data Processing

With your prior consent and until you object, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the lawfulness conditions under Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679, solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, thus allowing you to stay informed about our initiatives and services.


Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be processed and stored in full compliance with the principles of necessity, data minimization, and storage limitation, by adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures suited to the level of risk. Data will be retained only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed. After the retention period, personal data will be deleted or made anonymous, in accordance with applicable laws.

The data collected is processed using IT tools.

Appropriate security measures are in place to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.


Data Controller

The Data Controller is Aymara Italia S.r.l., headquartered at Via Ghivizzani No. 61, 55041 Capezzano Pianore (LU), Italy.

Data processing related to the newsletter service takes place at the aforementioned address and is handled by authorized personnel.


Contact Person for Data Subjects

The Controller has appointed Ms. Anna Galleni, who operates at the company’s headquarters, as the designated person responsible for responding to data subjects.

If necessary, for website maintenance purposes, data related to the newsletter service may be processed by external service providers specifically appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679.


Data Subject Rights

Regarding the processing of your personal data, you may exercise the following rights granted by Articles 15–22 of EU Regulation 2016/679:

  • Right of Access: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, to access the data. Access information includes, among others: purposes of the processing, categories of personal data, and recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data has been or will be disclosed. You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data being processed. For additional copies, Aymara Italia S.r.l. may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs;

  • Right to Rectification: You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and incomplete data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement;

  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;

  • Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. In this case, your data will be retained but may only be processed under specific conditions;

  • Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance, subject to the conditions of Article 20(3) and (4) of the GDPR;

  • Right to Object: You may object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. If you exercise this right, your data will no longer be processed for those purposes. Exercising this right is free of charge. This right does not apply if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation.


Changes to the Newsletter Policy

The Controller reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove portions of this newsletter policy at its own discretion and at any time. It is the responsibility of the data subject to periodically check for any changes. To facilitate such verification, the policy will indicate the update date. Continued use of the newsletter after the publication of changes implies acceptance of those changes.
