For the shower: apply the product to previously moistened skin with the help of a sponge, massaging until a soft foam is obtained. Then proceed with rinsing the product with warm or hot water.

For the bath: pour a portion of the product into the bath water to facilitate the formation of a soft foam. Then proceed with cleansing.
